Capabilities and Experience
Flight/Aircrew Scheduling:
- Program Management
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-range flight/ground operations and prepare flight test schedules using FIST
- Coordinate/Schedule Manned Flight Simulators
- Coordinate fuel support and SAR requests
- Compile pilot and crew flight time report
- Coordinate projected flight and ground test hour summaries
- Schedule aviation physiology training for all military, civil service, and contractor personnel
- Distribute Naval message traffic and safety hazard reports to all aircrew and monitor the message data system for relevant Naval messages concerning operational and NATOPS information
Technical Writing/Editing:
- Verify/Correct spelling/grammar, formatting, and content in accordance with the guidance set forth in the latest version of the requisite Test Reporting Handbook(s), Tech Pubs templates, and other applicable government document publishing standards.
- Review reports for content/format consistency, reduces superfluous verbiage and repetition, and ensure readability for the proper audience
- Utilize iReport test team site to store and distribute documentation
Logistics Support/Analysis:
- Autonomic Logistics Information Support (ALIS) to F-35
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution
- ILS/R&M program management analysis
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Maintenance Planning
- Logistics Support/Supportability Analysis
- Operational Availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems
- Provide Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Control
- Technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources
Test Resource Management:
- Track mission data/test points/metrics for upload in iTrack/iPlan/iReport
Financial Management:
- Provide financial and/or accounting support to V-22 Integrated Test Team
- Perform managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, workload, acquisition, document management, system support, and financial analyses to provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources, making recommendations for improving operations, systems, and reporting.
- Utilize Navy ERP to perform financial execution functions
Administrative Support:
- Provide routine clerical and administrative functions
- Prepare aircrew designation letters, NATOPS certification forms and instrument rating forms for aircrew
- Coordinate travel for government and military personnel using DTS
- Submit Visit requests using JPAS/DISS
- Inventory/Order Supplies using EMall
Security:
- Administrative Security (JPAS/DISS)
- Visitor Control
- Roving Patrol/Physical Security
- Badging
- Escorting Visitors
Facilities:
- Inspect facilities for structural/mechanical issues. Place work order requests for repairs. Supervise repairs
- Organize and oversee personnel moves within spaces (coordinate telephone, computer, furniture, equipment moves)
- Install equipment such as ceiling tiles, motion sensors, light bulbs, white boards, etc. when needed
- Maintain prioritized tracking database for all work orders
- Conduct daily walk arounds of facility and provide reports to facility leadership.
Engineering:
- Develop, design, modify, install, test, evaluate, and/or operate electrical, electronic, avionics, mechanical, communications, or related data processing systems
- Troubleshoot system equipment and components
- Plan and perform tests and evaluations of systems equipment or components
- Compile, process, reduce, and analyzes flight/ground test data and results
- Review and prepare engineering change proposals and other technical documentation
